We currently support purchases from the following USA states - California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, North Carolina.

We currently support debit/credit cards, pay by bank in the EU, PIX, SPEI, and ACH in South Africe.

We are actively looking to expand the set of payment methods that we support.

Security of our customer data is our number one priority.

We never store our customer card details, instead we use what's called card tokenization to ensure that we can never leak your card details even when our systems are hacked.

We follow the industry standards and use cutting edge technologies to ensure that our systems store sensitive customer data with the maximum security.

Pay by Bank option allows you to pay directly from your bank via the OpenBanking integration that has been rolled out in Europe in recent years.

Unfortunately, not all banks currently support instant payments via OpenBanking and hence your purchase may take up to 1 business day to complete when paying using "Pay by Bank".

While crypto is sent within 10 seconds in 99% of purchases, in rare cases, most commonly during market volatility, crypto transfers sent by c14.money may take some time, at most 24 hours.
